We offer a 2-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
-Unused and unworn
-In the same condition as received
-With original tags and packaging
-Supported by receipt or proof of purchase
A pickup charge of ₹99 will apply for return or exchange pick-up on both Prepaid and COD orders. This charge is collected to support logistics costs and may vary based on state and city.
You may also choose to courier the product to our warehouse for inspection within 7 days. Once inspected, and if the product is not defective or incorrect, we will process the eligible refund or exchange as per policy.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges
For faster exchange, return the current product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a fresh order for the new product.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
